  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency (remotely, through reporting and communication).

HR & Staff Support

  • Onboard new employees or contractors (remote paperwork, accounts, access permissions).

  • Offboard employees securely (revoke access, collect devices, finalize documents).

  • Approve PTO, reimbursements, and expense reports (if authorized).

  • Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.

  • Act as a point-of-contact for staff questions regarding policies, benefits, or payroll.​
